Hi, my name is Cathi Coridan, and I welcome you to the CAN DO Blog.
The foundation of a Can Do life is an attitude of gratitude. The Can Do life is built by saying “YES, I CAN DO” over and over and over again. It is lots of hard work, especially to do every day. But, I believe that once you understand the possibilities, potential, power and promise of Can Do, you will do what you have to keep it going and growing. I know I do!
Can Do happens when
- CAN = what is possible
- Meets DO = the action to make it real
It takes courage and an ongoing investment of time, learning and hard work to build and maintain a Can Do life. There are no hacks and no apps that bypass the hard work. In a world filled with the “five steps to being the best,” the unending quest for the silver bullet, instant answers and gratification, the day in-day out work of creating and sustaining a Can Do life clearly goes against the norm.
Can Do moments can happen at home, at work, while out to dinner with friends, volunteering your time, and standing in line at the grocery store or cleaners. Add those moments together, and pretty soon you have a Can Do life. Share it with friends, coworkers and family, and you build your own Can Do community.
The Can Do Blog contains ideas, stories, books, links and other resources for individuals, couples, families, work groups, church groups and organizations large and small – people young, old and in-between – who believe they can, and want to, live a better, more positive life!
